In the world of Managed Services, many IT companies will load some software into your servers and/or workstations and let the software be responsible for your network. Then, the software generates a notice/ticket that something may be wrong and you should be aware. This is really no help at all. Star Logic takes an “eyes on” approach with our StarCare One program. Our technicians actually log in to your server and check to make sure your back-ups, software updates, anti-virus software, etc. are all taking place like they are supposed to. Then, if there is a problem, we either fix it on the spot or we contact you, explain the problem, and offer the solution.

When Star Logic Solutions works with your company, we become part of your Technology Team. We will meet with you to discuss your goals and what you need technology to do for your business. Then we put a plan together to accomplish your goals.
We also take the team approach internally. If we are tested with a new challenge, we gather together as a technology team, discuss the concern, get with our partners if necessary, and then bring the best solution to you for consideration.

SLS technicians are trained and certified in the solutions we sell. We have partner or Value Added Reseller relationships with the product lines we represent. We are trained and certified by the manufacturers. In addition to the training, we receive tech support. Our clients are never left out in the cold without a solution.
